With our positive thinking we have to beco-operative and live like milk and  honey.Even if others are sad we have to make them happy   with pure feelings and good wishes. We are blessed by GOD for all our sincere work. With some problems others look desperate.We must have mercy on them and try to make the impssoble to become possiblewith our blessings which we attained by our constant rememembrance of GOD..If we practise this method we will be  like milk and honey with all..

If we thnk us as souls we will be full of virtues.It makes us to be the child of GOD and to attain peace,happiness, purityand contentment..Body consciousness will have material desires which will perish shortly.If we are full of virtues with the soul cosciousness we will become perfect.

IF our mind is happy the world is happy.This nourishment chase away all illness of the body. I am constantly under the canopy ofGOD. I am HIS.HE is mine I am in the HEART THRONE OF GOD. HIS HAND OF BLESSINGS IS EVER ON ME.

It is a great income to make others HAPPY.EVEN so many obstacles insults come to me I must show happiness in my face.I must become a detached observer to my karmic bondages by allowing them to GOD to help me.THERE is no TREASURE more then inner happiness.IF I am blissful, merciful,and kind all good qualities come. Of all donors good thoughts vibrations make all happy.If our mind is directed kindly then the result is  remarkable.We must have self respect within us.We must respect others also.If we respect others they will respect us.

TO train the mind to be peacefull

We  are living in this busy world full of tensions.To live peacefully we have to train the mind to be peacefull.We must love ourselves and love others.We must think of the specialities we and others have and be happy. Forgiveness is a GODLY virtue.Of all the works the easiest is to find fault in others and gossip.We have to tolerate and forgive if others hurt us and insult  us.GOD will bless us if we do so.A good income will come if we forgive.At night before we go to sleep we have to tell GOD what we did and to get forgiveness from GOD if we did anything wrong.In the same way we have to tell GOD in the early morning to bless us to do the right things.

If I do a mistake I must realise that I did it.I have to talk lovingly to myself and  the heart has understood it the mind opens.It tries not  to make any other mistakes.Thereby I will go to the noble elevated path.Gradually I will become a better soul to sit  in the HEART THRONE OF GOD.

We have to give peace to our mind by the REMEMBRANCE OF GOD. If we loose our peace within ourselves we will get tension and worry.Our past karmas will not go immediatly.By having positive thoughts and thinking of good ways and means to solve prroblems we will be free from tension and worry.First we have to see the root of the problem and then it will be easy to solve it.  To remain in silence for a while and then think what to do will lead us to do work  easily. As we give food to the body , in the same way we have to enrich our soul with good virtues and knoledge.Our face must show that we are peaceful.Then others also will become peaceful.

We are souls.THe soul is situated in the centre of the forehead.Soul has mind and intellect to thinkand do the actions.Intellect must be sharp and divine to decide what is good and bad.Every thought must be good,positive and must spread good vibrations to the atmosphere.THe body and its parts  help the soul to do everything with sharp intellect.  It is with effort all are progressing.  Sometimes our karmic accounts are bad.
