Peace

By the magnet of peace we attract peaceless souls. If man cannot find peace within himself how can he find find peace in this world.If I find happiness in praise then I will feel sorrow by defamation.So I must be balanced  to face anything.

What AM I?  the essential first step on the path of Raja Yoga is to realise this --"What am I"  I see through  my eyes------I hear through my ears------I direct my body to move, and it moves---I observe the results of my actions----   I have awreness, my body does not. I AM NOT MY BODY!    I am not this face, these features, or this bodily name-----I can think and know----I am not made up of the matter which shapes my body------this body is not "me "----I feel detached from this body------and a feeling of stillness and silence comes over me----- I AM A SOUL   I now withdraw my attention, away from my physical organs---my open eyes are rested----my body sits there.           I focus my thought energy on myself, I-self ----I now feel light as the burden  of physical thought diminishes-----this energy powers the body to do actions.----I the soul observe the results of my actions----I am the rider ----my body is my chariot.   I am a concentrated spark of life energy -----radiating light, might and peace ----to the world.

I, the soul is enriched by God's fortunes.--------I am ever thankful to our  eternal Supreme Father ---------who has elevated us---------to reap good results of life ----by  bestowing us all virtues and powers. ---------According to our karmic accounts----------we are facing life.-------With our pure thoughts and good feelings ---------and remembrance of GOD ----------we are spreading pure vibrations -------to the people of the world to remove---------their worries and lead a peaceful life.

Limited in desires

If we want to advance in life,we must make sure that our WANTS don't advance. If our mind is caught in bondages and problems of the past we will not experience the joys of the present.

We have been made worthy by many hands. First we must thank GOD for having given all gifts to run a worthy life. Parents,teachers, and the well wishers and advisors are responsible for making us worthy.So we have to thank them for all their help. Every day  has  hidden secrets if we watch carefully.If we miss an opportunity we repent.'WE must have the vision clear so that we will not miss the next one.

Remembrance of GOD

All are not born equally.According to our karmic accounts we are facing life.We are responsible for everything. With remembrance of GOD we must make effort to burn our sins and to lead a good life in the future. With positive, merciful, forgiving attitude we have to do things and help the needy.Then GOD will help us.By thoughts, words  and actions we have to earn spiritual income to  attain liberation in life.

Looking my own progress

GOD is helping all.I must lookmy own chart 1) Am I  doing anything against GOD'S wishes? 2)Am I telling lies?  3) Am I causing trouble for anyone? Have  I imbibed divine virtues? I must become a soul who is receiving BLESSINGS  by maintaining a balance of remembrance  of GOD and doing divine service and thereby experience the GOD'S help.  If  we accumulate  a stock of imperishable happiness ,peace ,and  true kindness from GOD  we can share them with others  and make them happy.

In meditation it is a subtle art to emerge the original attributes of the soul, while at the same time merging the impure impressions of the recent past. The original  attributes are the pure perfect ones of peace ,purity and happiness The Raja yoga looks to the pure stage of perfection ,enjoys the present bliss of soul consciousness. THe soul becomes stronger and has the power and wisdom  to avoid the past mistakes and to rise to the highest level by means of constant remembrance of GOD and doing the best with thoughts, words and deeds to bestow good wishes and pure feelings to the needy and to nature. By constant meditation we are able to have visions of the past , present and future.

The power of judgement I am accurately assess any situation with clarity and confidence. The power to discriminate Like the trained eye of a jeweller who discriminates the real from the imitative i can discriminate accurately what is true and what is false. The power to face Nothing seems to be an obstacle but rather a stepping stone to victory. The power to cooperate I am helping all by means of surrendering ego. The power to withdraw I am becoming detached and the observer of  the drama of life with contentment.       These powers enable the soul to have good wishes and pure wishes to others. May all of us be filled with all powers with the remembrance of GOD and attain LIBERATION AND LIBERATION IN LIFE!

Powers of Raja yoga

The powers of Raja yoga are silent and subtle.Through my love link  with GOD I take  the treasures of  peace and happiness.These are the powers that recharge the soul.As the soul comes into action it experience the practical form of these powers. THE POWER TO PACK UP ------- In a second I can pack up all the wasteful , so the soul becomes light and free of burdens and worries. THE POWER TO TOLERATE----- Irritation and annoyance disappear.and nothing disturbs my light frame of mind.The fragrance of this power is attractive to all.  THE POWER TO ACCOMMODATE---- Like the ocean that merges all that  flaws into it ,I merge all that happens,so past is past., and the future seems clear.

Service

The bondage of GODLY service will bring us into close relationship with divine family and GOD.Someone who is a server here will claim a right to  receive a better status from GOD. Our SUPREME FATHER has an account of each and everysecond  and each and every action. May all of us work hard and finish our karmic accounts soon!

Detachment

There are many types of situations.We have to be positive and detach ourselves by being silent.We have to recharge our  inner energy by  drawing strength from our SUPREME FATHER  GOD with constant remembrance.

Cooking and eating

Food counts a lot in our way of living.We have to cook and eat with powerful vibrations. We will nourish both mind and body with our loving and peaceful ways. As the food we become.

Effort making children

In this world we see different types of people with different income. According to their effort they made to study they came well and are receiving better income. If we are lazy and careless we could not study. If we are at it only we can prosper in anything.Even if we are not gifted we can attain high status by effort. There is no use of blaming others. By remembrance of GOD  let us do more effort and pass with HONOURS .

To make us flowers

We need not ask GOD to make us flowers.If we do the right and make others happy by our good feelings pure wishes we become flowers.By our good deeds GOD will award us to do more good and make us soul conscious with powers and virtues.Thyen we become enlightened and will become flowers.Others will become like that by seeing us.

Spreading Fragrance

The virtues and powers we gain through the meditation can be given as a donation to all other souls through the power of thought and pure vibrations. Physical charities are limited by time and space  and can only reach a few people at a time.The subtle charities of virtues can benefit  all souls even those who are physically away. THESE VIRTUES ARE THE ETERNAL GIFTS WHICH ARE GIVEN BY THE SUPREME SOUL GOD TO THE SOULS.

Being confident

We  must be confident that through a few battles may be lost , the great war will be won. Determined that though  the goal seems far away and so high, we must have the faith that we will reach the goal. Nothing attracts or distracts a strong willed soul.Being fearless no weak thoughts or doubts enter our mind. Like brave warriors we must be stable in the awareness that I am a child of GOD, the ALMIGHTY AUTHORIRY, and being an obedient child I will attain LIBERATION AND LIBERATION IN LIFE WITH CONSTANT REMEMBRANCE OF GOD.

karmateet stage

We have to become karmateet before we return to our SUPREME FATHER'S HOME.This is why no flaw should remain inside us.We must check continuously  whether any weaknesses are inside us  and to remove them. We can get spitritual income by donating good vibrations of peace, mercy and tolerance.We can help by body and mind. Our karmic accounts must be balanced and we have to be ready when GOD calls us.

Detached way

If we do actions in a detached way with the REMEMBRANCE OF GOD we will not be affected by the results. We have to finish our remaining karmic accounts with positive thoughts and understanding. Then our future will be good as we are reaping the fruits of our past actions now.

Divine Powers

If I am honest in all my dealings, I can never experience fear.Morality and virtue are more precious than gems, they give satisfaction to man, endear him to his CREATOR GOD and to the public.Very fortunate is the one who has  learned to admire,but not to envy,

Transformation

We have  to transform our  evil habits by bringing GOD before the maya of jealousy,dislike,hatred and other weaknesses.God will give us all powers to have strong will to transform them into good habits. We have to search good company and good books to make us transform good . Sweetness is a virtue that searches with patience for the good in every person and situation. It takes time to traansform the old patterns of thinking. We have to be patient with ourselves and slowly make us to think positively and feel pure feelings to do good actions with good vibrations to benefit all who are suffering and to harness the natural elements.

Self Respect

I must give respect to others.Then I will get respect from others.If I consider all my actions are for GOD ,then every task becomes a pleasure to perform. I have to keep my self respect when dealing with others.

Myself and GOD

Through meditation I realise that I am an eternal point of light. High in my home now  I am so free and light.I have become filled with the power of peace.Here there is consciousness,the soul, and -----there is a power-----the power of perfect purity------In this stillness I see on the screen of my mind-----the glow of the powerful light-----I reach with my thought I feel being pulled by a magnet------as i come close to the Brilliant Light GOD,------I feel a warm wave of love.

Silence and peace of the soul world

Every soul has the experience of total silence and peace.  I carry myself  softly beyond my physical awareness------beyond the scenes that are before my eyes------I let the purest music of silence, the soft sounds of peace,carry me to my sweet eternal home-------where my SUPREME  FATHER resides.--------I find peace and stillness  ---------beyond this sights and sounds of the  material world.--------Thje silent peace warms my soul.---------In this way I realise my original pure experience of peace

Powerful stage

We have to perform good actions and demonstrate to others that we are special.Then others will remember those souls again and again and they too will perform good actions and improve their  powerful stage .
