Raja yoga meditation Lesson 4 DRAMA

DRAMA:-
As we pass our karmic accounts and finish all bondages we go to the land of LIBERATION AND LIBERATION IN LIFE.
Last lesson we learnt about Karma in this world Karmashetihira.After passing our karmic accounts we will go to DHARMASHETHIRA where we will experience the fruits of our Karma.
IF we do good things it is called sukarma.The record of our accounts will be shown by DHARMARAJ .THE bad karma is Vikarma. Neutral karma is balanced.
According to our deeds we did we will experience the fruit in the DHARMASHETHIRA.
First we will go to the PEACE ABODE where our SUPREME GOD IN THE FORM OF ENLIGHTENED LIGHT ABIDES.
Then according to our deeds we will go to GOLDEN AGE where all enjoy HAPPINESS and PEACE .Then we go to Silver age according to our past deeds.Next we go to Copper Age. IT is not as Golden and Silver ages.From soul consciousness we come to body consciousness. When we were in Golden and Silver ages we were soul conscious and did pure things. After coming to Copper Age we become body conscious and do vicious actions as a result of vices pride,lust,anger,attachment,egoism,laziness,carelessness and other vices. THen we go to Iron Age where evils reach climax.
AT the end destruction takes place and God comes and liberates us.
May we all check our good and bad habits and become better to attain LiBERATION and LIBERATION IN LIFE!

Raja yoga Meditation 3rd Lesson

KARMA:_We are now living in KARMASHETHIRAM where we do our things and go with the rewards we get by our good and bad karmas.
THere are three types of karmas 1-Sukarma 2-Vikarma 3-Neutral karma.
Good karma is Sukarma.Bad Karma is Vikarma 3-Neutral Karma
As we sow we reap. We can do Karma by pure thoughts,pure words, pure deeds,pure connections and pure relationships. We can change the atmosphere by pure attitude.We can give good vibrations to nature,planets,animals,birds and to all living beings.We have to discriminate the good and bad by our divine sharp intellect and do elevated actions.First we have to give respect to others and then get respect from others. Without seeing the defects of others, we have to see the specialities of other souls. We have to be tolerant,merciful,and kind to all even if they defame us.
We have to be HERO actors and do the best to all.

Raja yoga Meditation 2nd LESSON

We are living in the co-poreal world. There is the Subtle Region where Deities live.SUPREME GOD SHIVA lives in the INCOPOREAL WORLD. HE is THRILOGANATH.HE knows the three aspects of time(past,present and future).As such HE is called THRIKALADHARSHI.
HE is doing the Creation with the help of Brahma.HE is doingProtection with the help of Vishnu.HE is doing Destruction with the help of Shankar.Some misunderstand that Shiva and Shankar as same.God Shiva is called Thrimoorthi.
As a gardener GOD is showering us knoledge,virtues and powers to make us FLOWERS from thorns. As a laundryman HE is washing our sins by making us to remember HIM with YOGA.As a LAWYER HE is making us lawful by fighting against wrong illusory things. As SATGURU HE IS teaching us THE NECTAR of KNOLEDGE. AS a GOLDSMITH HE is making us to remove the ALLOY from our soul and make us good quality GOLD.AS DHARMARAJ HE IS checking our good and bad deeds and grant LIBERATION And LIBERATION IN LIFE numberwise.
MAY all of us follow the divine path of GOD and attain LIBERATION and LIBERATION IN LIFE!

Raja Yoga Ist Lesson

Raja yoga enables us to check our mind and to activate it in the correct path.If I say" I "it is not body .It is soul.It is not perishable.
" OM SHANTHY" means I am a peaceful soul.The specialities of the soul are PEACE,HAPPINESS,MERCY AND ALL GOOD QUALITIES.

Like the driver of the car Soul controls the body,the soul is helped by the mind's divine intellect to do good things by the body..By the positive thinking good karmas are done.By negative thinking bad karmas are done.They become sanskars(subhavam}(According to the good and bad deeds I will reap the results in the next future birth.
Mind is like a horse.We have to check it and put it in the right path.God is there to guide us.All are God's children. So we have to help them by our good vibtations.

Soul conscious

I , the soul situated in the middle of thr forehead between the two eyebrows is a point of light radiating peace,happiness to the whole world.I receive all the powers, treasures from God by my connection with him.I see with my ears.I hear with my ears.All parts of the body are doing their work.This body is a chariot to me.I the soul is the master of the body.I am giving good wishes to all parts of the body to function well. This I do during the time of meditation specially during early morning at Amrit Vela when God comes to Bless all.I am giving blessing to the five planets, nature,animals,birds and to all living things by getting powers from God.Then throughout the whole day I feel light and powerful to do all work.
With divine sharp intellect I use my mind to do the best positive things.
With this thoughts I can make the impossible possible.
Day by day with the yogic power I am able to realize what is going to happen.
May all gain God's power by meditation.

Mercy,Peace & Happiness

GOD is the nearest of the near, the dearest of the dear, the closest of those who are close to me.
He is urging me unceasingly: "REMEMBER ME AND LOVE ME"
During Meditation with intense concentration,
HAve I heard GOD"s silent steps?
YES,GOD I have heard-----I am coming
There is sweetness growing within me that surpass everything I have ever dreamed of ------
I am one with God----this is the whole purpose of life.My heartoverflows with mercy, peace and happiness.

Meditation (cont.)

When doing meditation I must think that I am an angel who constantly have the fortune of happinesss ,nomatter how big a situation comes,I promise God that my happiness must nener disappear. I should not have external artificial happiness,but real, Godly happinesss. Fo this ,I know I must become free from being sensitive.Even if others insult me a thousand times,I must only give them happiness.I simply make one think firm: Imust not let my happiness disappear. Neither my face nor my stage should change.I constantly remain cheerful.

Meditation

For Meditaion concentration is very essential.
First we have to breathe deeply.Then we have to concentrate our energy from the bottom of the feet upwards slowly first to the knees,then to the stomach,then to the chest, then t the neck,and then to the centre of the forehead where the soul resides.We have to concenrrate all our energy there for some time and fly slowly like a star above to the Supreme abode where our Supreme Father resides.The soul is like a star.The Supreme Soul God is also a STAR.


At that time I become introvert and free from the attractions of vibrations----far away from waste----enjoy the tranquil flow of peaceful thoughts passing through my being. I trulyfeel that I am swimming in an ocean of peace within.I focus on my soul alone---as I remain close to myself.
I feel deep-----I am beyond hurt, beyond pain, beyond body.I realize that I am not alone.I am thinking. I am Supreme God's eternal presence in the mind beyond sound,so silent, so sweet and so peaceful.
If we do the above practice during early morning and then in the evening.During work time also if we spare one minute in every hour and concentrate on the silence world (PARAMDHAM) with the SUPREME GOD WE will attain great powers to live a Blissful LIFE.

SUPREME POWER OF SUPREME GOD

Without the Supreme POWER OF GOD noIf we ne can do anything.
God has blessed each soul with specialities.God is the SUPREME SOUL and we are the children of God.If we develop good qualities,virtues,powers and values we will become the best souls.

Powers Of Silence

There are so many powers which help to enlighten the SOUL which is making the body move like the driver of a car.Of them SILENCE is the most worthy power.
As to the proverb "SILENCE IS GOLDEN" Silence helps the Soul to achieve other powers and to run a peaceful life
Mind has Divine intellect caused by positive thinking and determination.If it is mastered by negative thinking and waste thoughts it will have Stone intellect or devilish intellect.
By means of divine intellect the soul tends to be silent and go introvertedly and check the inner qualities.We transform the difficult situations into happy solutions with the power of silence and lead a happy life.

Power of Serivce by MIND

Of all the services we do, the best is by mind. To do this we must have elevated vibrations at every moment in every thought we have. The best service is to give pure feelings and good wishes through our mind. This service can go to any soul who is suffering in a far place. This is called sakash.
More the service more close to God. The harder we serve here, the comfortably we will get a place in the next birth. God keeps the accounts of every second and every act of every soul.
