EGOISM

EGOISM:-
Where there is mercy and forgiveness there is loveand co-operation among individuals.
If there is no give and take policy egoism develops.It is the root cause of all other vices.If one bad vice comes it will add all other vices. If good virtue develops all virtues will co-operate.
When a soul insults us we feel disheartened, and worried.
At the same time if we forgive that soul, the same soul will come back realising his or her mistake.
Negative thinking, guessing,gossiping , jealousy, prideand other co-ordinate vices pave the way for egoism.
If we want to conquer our weaknesses the only way is to have firm faith in GOD and submit them to be burnt away by meditation(constant remembrance of GOD)

SIMPLE AND SAMPLE

We must ask GOD to make us simple with elevated thoughts.We must have to develop good qualities by living a life of simplicity.But our ideals are divine.Anyone who looks at us must think this soul is benefitting others with simple living and high thinking with virtues and powers.
We must become a sample to others.
With our strong faith in GOD and by HIS COMPANY by remembering HIM always we will achieve all benefits and earn a good income by mercy and simplicity to go the world of PEACE and HAPPINESS.

MEDITATION

MEDITATION:-
I am a soul---------receiving spiritual energy from GOD--------to bless me first to be full with happiness, peace, coolness----------to bestow others to be full of all virtues, powers and fortunes.-------I am always in the lap of GOD----------when I was doing meditation with deaad silence.--------At that time I feel light-------free from all physical bodages------free from all worries.-------I am the child of SUPREME GOD --------who is fullfilling all my necessities.------Early morning hours-------give me peace to do meditation.--------I am remembering GOD while walking, moving and at least one minute in every hour ----- to do my daily work.--------I am spreading light to all places--------like an angel.

EFFORT

IT IS OUR PERSONAL EFFORT WHICH MAKES us move forward.
Our own senses are making us sometimes busy and sometimes lazy.By our strong determination we must transform ourselves to remember GOD and with HIS blessings we will get all success.

CREATIVITY

CREATIVITY:-
It is to discover new ideas,new thoughts that might never have been part of me before.
It is seeing something in a new way to get something done or to solve a problem.
I practise CREATIVITY with GOD"S help to use knowledge to practise new ways and discipline to create more things better.

COURAGE

COURAGE:-
It is personal bravery in the face of fear.
It is going ahead even when we feel like giving up or quitting.
It is needed in trying new things,
in facing the truth and in picking ourself up after a mistake, ready to try again.
I practse courage when I----
Admit mistakes and learn from them.
Do what is right, even when it is scary.
Am willing to try new things.
I have the courage to do what is right, to try new things.I listen to my heart.
I admit mistakes and learn from them.I find strength in my heart even when I am afraid.
By having good virtues we are able to gain more powers to do meditation (remembrance of GOD with pure love and happiness).

CONFIDENCE

CONFIDENCE:- It is having faith in something or someone.It means Itrust that I have what it takes to handle whatever happens. It brings the strength to try new things.

I am confident I discover my talents and then give them my best efforts. I welcome new possibilities. Now I am free from worries.

CARING

CARING:-It is giving love and attention to people and things that matter to us.
When we care for someone we notice how they feel and they need. It is a special way of paying attention.
I practice CARING when Iam gentle with anythingor anyone placed in my care .
I give people when they need it.
I work with enthusiasm and excellence.
I care for others and myself. I pay attention to the needsof people and animals.
I give my best to every job.

ASSERTIVENESS

We have the right to think ,express our own ideas,opinions and talents.I tactfully tell others what I really think.I choose not to allow others to lead me into trouble. I share my own ideas and feelings with others.
I am assertive.I think for myself and do what I feel is right.I tell the truth about what is just.I give respect and get respect.

THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION

The benefits of meditation are enormous.It calms our mind and body.In these fast and stressful times ,it has the most important ability to acquaire mental energy to do work peacefully.
Meditation is the process of rediscovering, enjoying and using the positive qualities already latent within us.Like any skill,meditation requaires practice to achieve satisfying results. By doing a little everyday ,it soon becomes a natural and easy habit, It rewards for the little effort it involves.
Meditation energizes our awareness bringing both peace and wisdom to a busy mind.It expands ourcapacity to love and heals broken hearts.Also it dissolves many fears replacing them with lightness and freedom from anxiety.

SACRIFICE

In one's family or in the society we find some members are sacrificing for the sake of others.
Even great leaders ,messengers , holy souls sacrificed their lifes for a noble cause.Some are donating money,some blood ,some physical help, some positive thoughts as vibrations, some good wishes from the HEART, some books,some clothes, some are teaching freely to the poor, and in so many ways many are doing help.Because of their help the world is surviving.
May all of us have a good heart to help the weak and attain the blessings of GOD!

TIME

Everything that happens in the theatre of life has deep meaning and significance.Wisdom also bring the understanding that what is reaprd to-day is a result of what was sown yesterday.So whastever actions are done now are filled with positivity and beauty ,for there is always to reap the best fruits.Obstacles will come. We must face them with courage and do good to spend the time worthy.

Whatever part we have to play in this world we came here to play that part.
All sanbkars(habits) are not same.WE come numberwise to play to our part.
With our effort we have to make effort to become more elevated and to achieve more powers and virtues from GOD.

HABIT

A few times a day we have to make a habit to create just one or two very powerful positive thoughts which will help change that negative habit or character trait. This will create a powerful sanskara.This habit will give us enthusiasm and to look all as peaceful souls.

THE BEST

The richest wealth is wisdom.The strongest weapon is patience.The best security is FAITH IN GOD. The best tonic is laughter.The best way to deal with people is tolerance. THe best way to improve ourselves is to see our own faults and to to observe the virtues of others.

SPRING OF GOD"S HELP IS WITH US

GOD has blessed us spring of help.We have to make use of it with supersensuous joy. Our thoughts must be as elevated as the HIMALAYAS.
In the pure lake of our remembrance of GOD the mind is smiling like a LOTUS.

TRUE COMPANY OF GOD

A man is known by the company he keeps.We must have the company of GOD todo anything.
Only one permanent helper to remove our burdens is GOD. By our divine vision, sweet words and attitude we help others.
When I surrender everything to GOD nothing is mine.We become powerful when we have our intellect yoga(REMEMBRANCE ) with GOD.Thereby we are able to remove all difficulties.

EXPECTATIONS

We have to return THE SUPREME ABODE OF GOD after finishing our karmic accounts.
We have to do our work in the correct way. The result is according to GOD's wish.
So we must not have expectations.EVEN IF WE DO GOOD AND OTHERS ARE GIVING SORROW we must bless them without expecting anything.Then GOD will bless us .
WE are living for a short time in this world.Any moment is last moment.So we must save good income of charity and mercy.We to think of the souls who are less fortunate than us and bless them.We have to churn the good things GOD has bestowed us and ever thankful to HIM.
We will be numberwise when returning to the SWEET ETERNAL HOME of GOD.
Let us do good positive karma and attain LIBERATION and LIBERATION in LIFE!

ECONOMICAL IN THOUGHTS, WORDS AND TIME

According to our usage of time, thoughts,and words GOD bless us everything.
We must not think too much and disturb our mind.As such we loose our energy and peace of mind.In the same way if we use more words to speak we loose our energy.Time is precious.We have to use every second in a worthwhile way.
If we gossip about others we loose time and words.Only we have to speak beneficial words.
Those who waste time will have to answer GOD at their last moment.
Let all be aware of the results of our actions and do the best to enlighten our soul!

ORNAMENTS

Our lovely GOD is telling to wear VIRTUES as ornaments.GOD is asking us to love othersand to give regard to others.
GOD is asking us to have thoughts higher than the sky,abundance of patience like the earth,spiritual love in the eyes,to give a smile as if gardens are blooming, not to give sorrow and not to take sorrow and continue to give blessings.
Seeing the good in us others will become like that and we will prove sweet GOD's children.

PICKING VIRTUES FROM EVERYONE

GOD has created everyone with virtues.THere are specialities in everyone.
If we look with a divine eye we can see the virtues. By looking at their virtues and bless them they will increase their good qualities.
GOD is there to look everyone . HE knows everyone. HE is the SUPREME JUDGE. HE has the correct record of our actions.If we want to talk about others we have to see their specialities.
If we talk other's mistakes they will be imprinted in our record of our actions.
WE must not think evil, we must not see evil,we must not hear evil we must not speak evil.
May all be blessed by GOD to do good actions with good virtues!

GOD'S TREASURES

When we think that God is blessing us TREASURES, we mean money.
But the real treasures are peace,love,happiness,bliss,virtues andpowers.
GOD is taking our weaknesses and bless us with ENLIGHTENMENT.

MEDITATION

Meditation:-
I am,the fortunate soul--------flying to my eternal SUPREME SURGEON GOD------leaving all bodily bondages----------.I converse with my DIVINE GOd------the weaknesses we have------.We are now in the latter part of iron age.--------Innumerable hardships, poverty, internal calamities,natural calamities, misunderstandings,----------prevail in this world.------Our kind GARDENER GOD is devising ways and means-------to make us flowers from thorns. HE is our eternal JUDGE .--------At the end HE will liberate us to the SUPREMe ABODE---------the LAND OF PEAcE.
May all of us remember the SWEEt GOd and achieve all powers, virtues and all treasures of knoledge to remove our remaing karmic accounts and attain LIBERATION and LIBERATION in life!

MEDITATION AS MEDICINE

We are living in this world full of tensions and stress.The best way to find peace is meditation.
If we sit in silence and think of GOD, a solution will be felt.We must be sincere to GOD.
MEDITATION:-
I the soul , in this body ---------find tensions coming to me.--------According to my karmic accounts .--------I am having physical illnesses--------stress in mind when problems come.----------I find the best way to cure my diseases-------is by meditation(accurate concentration of remembrance of GOD).-------As an obediant child of GOD --------I am repenting for the past mistakes I did -------and I ask forgiveness from GOD.------GOD forgive HIS children -----and grant solace and physical happiness.

SANSKARS

By nature some are very good.Why they are good? Because they have cultivated good virtues and character by themselves.By ordering to do good is very difficult. But by realising the weaknesses in us and becoming good is good.
The mind with the influence of good sharp divine intellect is doing worthy actions. They become the good sanskars (subhavam) nature of the soul. THe mind with the influence of the stone intellect is doing devilish actions and they become bad sanscars of the soul.
By waste thoughts we are loosing our energy.By having positive thoughts we will develop good sanskars and become worthy to all.

BLESSINGS

WE are living with Blessings.Every action has a reaction.If I do good actions with positive thoughts they will do good to others. With pure attitude I must spare a few seconds to bless others throughout the day while doing my duty. If I have the effort to spare some time for the sake of others I will get income for the soul.
As the good food is necessary for the body good knowledge,meditation,good company, good books feed the soul to become better citizens of the world.
I have to bless myself to become a worthy soul to help others and to be a good sample to others.
Then God will bless me for all the good things I did.At my last breath God will show my accounts which I did to get good and bad income during my lifetime.
If I am balanced and attained KARMATEET without any sins GOD will make me to go in the first row to the land of LIBERATION and LIBERATION IN LIFE.

COURAGE

WE need courage to do anything.It does not mean physical courage. It means will power.First I must bless myself that I must be courageful to do anything. Then only I can bless others to do so.

I, the soul who is blessed by the SWEET GOD --------is flying to the SUPREME ABODE with zeal and enthusiasim as wings.----------I am sitting in the lap of GOD-------and telling all my actions --------and asking HIM to forgive anything I did wrongly.-----------I ask HIM to make me courageful to face anything.--------Also I ask HIM to burn my sins-------so that I can free from all karmic bondages --------and go to the world of LIBERATION andLIBERATION IN LIFE.

HUMILITY

There are so many virtues GOD has bestowed us.Of them Humility leads us to be simple ,humble, merciful,tolerant,forgiving,understanding others problems,blessing others,giving good vibrations and pure feelings,to speak sweet and soft words,and to have a heart full of treasures of peace and powers.

SELF REALISATION

Meditation is the clearest method to attain self mastery over our own life.
By the accurate concentration with GOD we can realise our own self. If we look at the mirror of our heart we realise what we are..If we are perfect our perfect our heart tells to be happy.If we are fluctuating our heart is not peaceful.
If we have the determination to think and correct myself is the best way for my self transformation.If I trandform myself the whole world will transform.The atmosphere,maya ,bad company and the senses make us to prevent to realise ourselves.
We must save some time and make us free to know our weaknesses and to converse with God.
Certainly GOD will help HIS children by an means.HE will bless us with powers and virtues to reform us to be sweet children.

Service

There are different types of service.Service by mind is the best of all.For this we have to practise introvertedness. Silence makes us to get more energy to do mind service.Sometimes we have to be in solitude to think and do anything.
MEDITATION:-
I, the soul is full of all fortunes blessed by GOD,-------is sitting in solitude and --------with zeal and enthsiasim--------flying to the peace abode of God---------sitting in HIS lap-----gains all the powers.I am filled with peace, happiness, contentment,sweetness,tolerance, sympathy----------and returning to my body---------to do my daily karma.------I am spreading peaceful vibrations to all---------to be energetic to handle everything with pleasure and contentment.
