Heart to Heart conversation

As we are souls we must have the intoxication that we are children of the Supreme Father.So we must have sweet conversation withHIM As GOD is the
HELPER of all souls we have to be sweet to HIM and converse with HIM to get solutions for our problems.

tolerance

Noone totures us except our own nature.If we make our nature sweet and lovable then we can win the love of all.
No matter how much against you someone is,even if you have to tolerate not once but ten times,nevertheless, the fruit of the power
of tolerance is imperishable and sweet.

Desires

We must not have so many desires.If we have desires we have to chase after them like shadows;
If we have less desires then desires  will chase after us.
Contentment is the best of all virtues.
If we are contented with what we have GOD will Bless us.

faith

Without blaming fate we must have the faith.We must create elevated fortune to destroy past, waste and negative thoughts.
When we have faith in ourselves we will take up the responsibility  we will take the responsibility to create our own life
by making our each thought beneficial contributing to make success fot a better future life

co-operation

Co-operation is the most valuable of human virtues.We have to have a quiet eye for what is needed to bring success and to supply it  at the right time, in the right place
and then to be off.Sometimes who co-operates, offers their services and then splashes their names on the achievement is not co-operative. It requires invisibility and precision to do
and then to  goout without without  for results.

Our good qualities

The more we appreciate our own qualities the stronger they will become.
We have to be flexible to change toget  good things .We must put a curtain to body conscious.
Then only we can think that we are souls and remember GOD.By this we meditate and gain powers from GOD.
As our energy changes through our power and thought we are able to send out the positive energy to those who have difficulty.
We have to heal ourselves from the illusions of false beliefs which made us to create wrong thoughts and perform wrong actions.
WE experience ourselves as souls; unlimited spiritual beings and children of GOD we rediscover our own internal resource of  love, happiness and peace;
With these soul's qualities we heal ourselves and others.

Introversion strengthens the self It is self observation.Just as a tortise  withdraws from the eternal environment after its work is done, ww need to find time
for ourselves. In the middle of the activity of the day,  we need to make some time to look within our mind and look the hidden treasures such as peace, happiness, when we think in a positive way.

We must not be afraid of delicate situations.But we must learn a lesson from them and make yourself strong.
We must be constantly cheerful and victorious and experience contentment through being full.

With our thoughts, words, deeds,connectionhs and relationships we have to help others to become better.

Toleration

If we throw a stone to the mango tree it sends mango in return,
In the same way we have to speak good words to those who defames us.This is a form of toleration

meditation

The most effective way to heal and clear the burden of our karmic debt both inside and outside is through the process of meditation.
In meditation we we establish a direct link with the Supreme Soul GOD,  thr source of spiritual love, light,and powers.
When we are directly connected to the sun of Spiritual Energy we can allow the enery to heal the negative sanskaras(habits and tendencies) with our own consciousness.
As our energy change through our power and thought we are able to send out the positive energy towards those who are in difficulties,

With positive attitude we  can  do the impossible things to become possible.
