In this world we are affected by nature,economy,misunderstanding and many other such things. So we have to understand and realise the root of all problems and give a solution to them.Those who make peace and unite all are peace makers.
They are loved by GOD and other souls.

Stress Free Life

Those who are from stress are fortunate souls.Daily we have to ask my mind how much I have progressed with all the gifts GOD has blessed me.
We must not compare and contrast with others.They are doing their work and we are doing our work according to destiny.
God has imprinted the fortune line in our heart and forehead.If I thank HIM for all the good no stress will come.I must give good wishes and pure feelings to all.As a result I attain peace.It paves the way to remove stress to do the work.
If I create a peaceful atmosphere then all will create peace to be free frm stress.

The benefit of Meditation

Through meditation the intellect becomes steady.It understands the deeper meanings.Meditation is a medicine.The energy of the human mind is one of the greatest.We have to tame our mind sweetly,peacefully to handle everything .
When we start a day with a moment of solitude and conteplation, even the heavy work becomes smooth.Silence gives rest tothe mind and body.
May we all be freed from tension, anger,hatred,sorrowand illusion by our remembrance of GOD(yoga) and create a better atmosphere to benefit all.

Instant karma

According to our Karma we are receiving the award.Instant Karma means we are reaping the result immediatly.According to our effort we are seeing the good and bad within a short time.
We have to remove our burdens through spiritual services.
We must not be moved by praise or defame.Sometimes praise make us more egoistic that I did this.It also makes arrogant.Defame makes us depressed,worried,sorrowful and discontented.
One day some will praise us and the other day some will defame us.We must not give sorrow and take sorrow.
We must be balanced and give everything to GOD. As such we will not loose our energy by brooding over the remarks.
Meditation:-
I am the soul--------who is nourished by God.--------During the time of doing actions--------I must have faith -------that I am not doing anything alone.--------I am doing everything with the help of GOD. -------Why should I fluctate and fear?--------This shows that I am not remembering GOD.-------GOD is there in everyone's heart.
May we all remember GOD with sincere love and attain all fortunes!

Master of our own mind and senses

God has blessed all souls with the body and senses to do the right and to become great.But the mind which is influenced by good sharp divine intellect is doing good and forming good sanskars as income for the soul.Sometimes the mind is influenced by maya and stone intellect is doing bad and making bad sanskars as income to the soul.
We must be awake with the awareness when the senses will deceive us and become master of the body.Only soul consciousness will lead us to good virtues and to earn a great income to go to the land of Liberation and Liberation in Life.

LAMP OF ETERNAL LIGHT

Our KIND GOD has ignited the LAMP OF ETERNAL LIGHT in our heart.With this light I have to discriminate the good from bad and do the right.Any moment is last moment.With this idea we must be strong to think all as souls and enlighten them with mercy,bliss,and happiness.
Meditation:-
I, the soul, receive the eternal divine light-----to remove my darkness of ignorance.-----I am radiating this light to all--------to be happy and blissful.Let the negative,waste,past be finished ----- and all get permanent eternal light to do work ------with positive thoughts.

Unlimited Fortune

Man cannot give the same unlimited happiness as GOD.All material happiness are temporary.
Only the eternal spiritual happiness is permanent

FAITH

We must look forward to do any actions.For this we must have faith which is unshakeable.
With happiness and positive attitude our faith brings victory.Victory is our birth right.If we move one step with faith ,GOD will help us to go thousand steps furthur.
Nothing is impossible if we do everything in the right path.
MEDITATION:-
I am a soul-------moving with courage and faith bestowed by GOD.-------Wherever I go-----GOD's powers are with me -------to make me to do the good.-------I am using my body, senses to do with GOD'S energy.------Nothing is mine.-------I have surrendered everything to God. --------With this happiness and faith------I am doing everything.-------Let the fruits of my labour be GOD's wish.

REMEMBRANCE OF GOD

By remaining lost in the remembrance of GOD we forget our body and mind. We attain love,happiness to do our daily work. Eventough lotus is in the muddy water it is not touching it.It stands detached. In the same way even in the midst of of difficulties and obstaclees we must be detaches and do the work with the remembrance of GOD.

RELAX

Without rest we cannot do anything.
We have to relax and give peace to the mind to do anything.By relaxing we are able to feel calmness to plan to do our work.When we are happy and peaceful we can make others happy.

Co-operation

All are not the same in all fields of activities.We have to giveco-operation to those who are weak and make them also better.This is a great charity.We must not leave them alone saying that :They are like thatanyway,they are not going to change."We must not make those who have fallen fall even furthur down.
With positive merciful way we can give co-operation and make them rise to better position.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

We are not born with all good qualities.Even if some are born with GODLY qualities they remain in this world to do good."GOD TAKE THOSE WHOM HE LOVES BEST". If the souls have less bondages, good sanskars created by good sharp divine intellect of the mind they go early to GOD.
MEDITATION:-
I, the SOUL in the body------with the power of GOD-----practice daily meditation(remembrance of GOD's KINDNESS) for some time at least-----to atain positive attitude------to remove anger,egoism,hatrred,laziness,carelessness and negative attitude.-------I, as a star, point of LIGHT travel to GOD"s abode and be with HIM with supersesuous joy to get HIS BLESSINGS.-------I converse with HIM my weaknesses and ask HIM to make me a better soul.-----With HIS BLESSINGS slowly I come to the physical world -------and BLESS all to be happy and peacefull.Then I take this body -----to do my karmik work to remove -----karmic accounts with the blessings of GOD.
MAY all of us practice the remembrance of God and live happily!

SELF TRANSFORMATION

There is a saying "IF I change the whole world will change"
MEDITATION:-
I the soul , diong everything ----- with the power of GOD. I realise that -------I have to change myself -----to be a responsible soul-----for world benefit. --------I fill myself with feelings of fullness and worthness----by constantly remembering the blessings GOD has bestowed to me------to make others happy by my face,my expressions,by my eyes and by my speech.-------I must not think others as bodies but souls.------Soul conscious makes to look all as one.-----I must think all as GOD's children and-------give them hope to lead a life with all good specialities derived from GOD.

Power of ACCOMODATATION

There are different types of views come to our mind. As our thought our deeds will be.Some say something. God accepts all sorrows, happiness, complaints like an ocean which accomodates everything.He gives solutions to all problems.In the same way we have to find solutions with our positive attitude,sympathy,kindnessand bliss.

May all of us be LIGHT and MIGHT HOUSES with immovable and unshakeable qualities to grant hope and courage to all souls!

HAPPINESS

At any situation we must not use our balance of mind. We must be happy. Our face is the index of the mind.We must have a smiling face to encourage others to be happy.
MEDITATION:-
I, the soul, ------receive happiness from GOD.------I am sprinling tha happiness to all souls------who are affected by poverty, internal wars, defame, and injustice ---------with my pure attitude and love.
May all have correct constant remembrance of GOD(YOGA) and get all powers from HIM and help others and get blessings from them and GOD.

Lightness

We have to take things as light leaving everything in the hands of GOD.
Meditation;-
I,am the soul in the body-----flying with zeal and enthsiasm as wings--------to the lap of GOD to enjoy ------happiness, peace ,lightness, might,bliss, and all other specialities.----My kind GOD bless me with all fortunes.-------Slowly, I come down and stay in the top of the world map ------and bless all souls -------what I gained from GOD.
May we be double light angels giving light to all souls as LIGHT HOUSE and to take everything as easy by giving our burdens to GOD.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness brings us closer. It comes with tolerance,patience,sympathy,love and with good heart.Some say it is easy to forgive but to forget is difficult. If we see that soul who insulted me comes in front it reminds me what that soul did andI am unable to forget it.
Even if we have the detemination to be right, test papers come to test us. Sometimes I fail.
Till the last breath so many test papers come to test us in many ways.If we are successful only I will be in the front row before God.
God is there to write all souls good and bad accounts in everyone's register At the last moment GOD will show us what we did during our life time.According to that we will get happiness when we go to the land of LIBERATION and LIBERATION in LIFE.
If we gossip about other's mistakes their mistakes will be imprinted in our register.
May we be very sharp to understand everything and follow the right path of GOD and pass with honours at the last moment.

Bestower of Blessings

Our SUPREME FATHER has given us so many FORTUNES by HIS REMEMBRANCE constantly.We have to donate blessings,good feelings to every soul who comes in contact with us.With my pure vibrations and attitude I must bestow sorrowful souls,distressed souls in what part of the world they are considering them as God's children. If my blessings reach them and they are freed we will get blessings from their happiness and from GOD. So we get double
blessings.
Meditation;-
I the soul-----with my ETERNAL FATHER's blessings -----is full of energy -----to give peace, mercy, love, joy------to the sorrowful souls------who are poor,sickly,defamed. Even others defame me-----I am forgiving them ---and giving blessings.
May all of us be with the companion of GOD and get powers and donate to people and nature by the powerful yoga(REMEMBRANCE OF GOD) we do in the morning, evening and take a few seconds during the time of work every hour.

Balanced Stage

Life is full of experiences. With the thread of love we can be balanced and co-operative with all things and people at times when any obstacles come.Life is not a "BED Of ROSES".
We have to make effort to make impossible possible by changing our attitude from positive to negative.We have to check ourselves and make us balanced to be happy and worthy by the powers we get by our remembrance with God.

Meditation(contd)

TO be well with powers we have to do meditation daily for some time in the morning and evening
I,the soul----becoming pure and light ----with the remembrance of GOD,-----I enjoy peace----I must become free from punishment at the end of my life.-----I need power to perform elevated actions-----By having remembrance(Yoga with my ETERNAL FATHER)------I am able to generate -------powerful vibrations in order to serve--------people and nature,---------
I ,the Soul,------so fortunate-----to understand SUPREME FATHER GOD------with the power of LOVE------I am turning myself -----to receive LIGHT------- from the SUPREME FATHER. -----Now I am LIGHT----to send LIGHT --------to the whole world to be free -----from past, waste thoughts-----and to be clean in mind to do everything with a peaceful light heart.
MAy we be with the ELEVATED SUPREME FATHER and attain all powers!

POINTS OF MEDITATION

When I am in the communion with God at the time of MEDITATION I can say,
I visualize myself as a SPARKLING STAR in the centre of my forehead.
With the eyes of my intellect
I the soul am a very very tiny and very shiny divine point of LIGHT,
My existence in this world is as if I am a point of ENERGY,
I am a radient point of light radiating spiritual light all around me,
Experiencing a woderful aura of DIVINE LIGHT,
I am a pure soul spreading the fragrance of purity into the atmosphere,
I the soul sitting in my Aeroplane of my divine sharp intellect ,
Flying towards the SUPREME ABODE where my SWEET ETERNAL FATHER RESIDES beyond the moon,stars,and sun.
Everything there is golden red light,sweet,deep silence,
I experience the sweet harmony and peace within me with the sight of MY ETERNAL FATHER.
I bring all powers and virtues I got and spreads them to the whole world and I am getting Bliss

SWEETNESS

Sweetness comes by being positive and giving good wishes and pure feelings to others.If I want to become God's worthy child and to be in the front line at the last moment I have to make utmost use of my thoughts,words,deeds,body and wealth in the correct way.
I have to converse with God without hiding anything.The time to reach SUPREME ABODE OF SUPREME FATHER is ONE second.THE DISTANCE to reach HIM is ONE THOUGHT.
We are children of the SWEET FATHER. HE likes all. SO WE too must be sweet in speaking, moving and doing things .

Peace

Eventhough we have everything if we have no peace our stillness in doing things perish.
To have peace we need FORGIVENESS, MERCY, SYMPATHY, LOVE,PURITY and other noble qualities. To develop all the VIRTUES we need to have MEDITATION with the SUPREME GOD FATHER in a COMBINED FORM whenever we have the effort to do it.
THE more we have YOGA FIRE we will be liberated and free to have peace to attain the correct path of LIFE.

Contentment

Of all the virtues CONTENTMENT is the greatest.Those who are constantly contented are loved by God ,loved by everyone,and loved by themselves.
God has blessed us ,SOULS with good tools as senses to help.
At the time of MEDITATION we have to submit all our tools(ears,eyes,mind,hands,nose,mouth,legsand other parts of the body ) to get all spiritual energy to do the right things.We must become elevated by being in the correct path without seeing side scenes.
May all of us become the noblest children of God to attain Liberation and Liberation in Life!

Self Respect

First we must have SELF RESPECT. We must not have inferiority complex.
WE must respect what God has given to me. I am a soul full of positive ideas. I will do my best with the companionship of God .I must remember the good virtues ,happiness, mercy, simplicity,knoledge,understanding others specialities and other good things. If I respect others then they will respect us.We have to treat every human being with respect.We must feel mercy for even those who do us wrong.
TOLERANCE,HUMILITY and COMPASSION are the key values that help others transform their weaknesses.
May all of us have the good specialities God has BESTOWED us to be printed in our heart and mind.

Flying stage

To have flying stage of meditation we must have courage, zeal and enthusiasm as wings to fly.
Withhout effort we cannot achieve success.We have to try and try. At last we will become thefirst.

Bestower of Blessings

When a soul comes in front of us with any type of difficulties we must have powers of peace,tolerance and mercy to springle on that soul to become happy.This we can do by the power of meditation.

Raja yoga Meditation POWERS 5th Lesson

With the help of meditation we are getting POWERS.
1--POWER OF INTROVERTEDNESS.:-Like a tortise we haveto turn inwards to our mind to keep away from wasteful unworthy things.
2--POWER OF TOLERANCE :- .When anyone throws a stone to a mango tree it gives mango fruit back.In the same way we have to to forgive and give benefits to them who insult us.
3--POWER OF DISCRIMINATION :-We have to discriminate the bad from the good things like a Goldsmith remove the alloy from the gold to make it pure.
4--POWER OF DETERMINATION:- WE have the firm determination to do the right things
5-POWER TO FACE :- Even if one dies we must be prepared to face it without worrying.Everyone has his DRAMA part.After finishing his accounts the soul departs.
6--POWER TO CO-OPERATE:-WE must give fingerof c0-operation to all good deeds.
7--POWER OF BALANCE:-WE have to balance the best and worst situations
8:-POWER TO PACK UP:-WE must ever ready to pack up when the GOD calls us.We have to pack up all the past things.
MAy we with all eight powers to play A HERO PART in this DRAMA of life.
GOD has allotted us so many virtues to lead a worthy life.
WE must avoid bad company. We must eat good food.
We must show the life as beautiful FLOWERS full of HAPPINESS, PURITY,PEACE, LOVE, SIMPLICITY,MERCY ,BLISS and KNOLEDGEFUL.
MAY we become LIKE A LOTUS which blooms and stand above all muds. Also we must be like a ROSE which is among thorns. Our LIFE must be like a SUNFLOWER which turns to the sun's directions throughout the day.We too must follow the path of GOD throughout the LIFE.
