meditation

Meditation helps to make ourselves internally and externally fit to do work.
Meditation 1
I take a moment to relax.letting the chair to take my weight.
I relax.
I breathe in and out gently.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out tension.
----slowing down.
I let go of my unnessary thoughts. in my mind.
My mind becomes
FREE
And Light.
Iam calm like a lake.
I am------STILL.
I am PEACE
