Meditation

Practical Meditation:----  I have to centralise all thoughts in the centre of the  forehead..........I become aware of my true identity......,I the soul.........I move away from the pulls of the body of the physical world,..........The attraction of the Supreme  father GOD  is  STRONGER than  these others........I come in front of my Supreme Father GOD .........in the presence  of GOD ..........the incoreporeal  pinpoint of light .........I experience thr blessings of my SWEET  SPIRITUAL Father......my TEACHER, my SUPREME GURU.........the  blessings of purity, of divinity........I am filled with the peace from the OCEAN OF  POWERS AND VIRTUES....,,,with the light and might that is within theSUPREME........transformed..........recharged,,,,,refreshed.........I step into my physical   costume again  to use this as an instrument through which to share  these qualities in action............OM SHANTHYI
