Meditation

For Meditaion concentration is very essential.
First we have to breathe deeply.Then we have to concentrate our energy from the bottom of the feet upwards slowly first to the knees,then to the stomach,then to the chest, then t the neck,and then to the centre of the forehead where the soul resides.We have to concenrrate all our energy there for some time and fly slowly like a star above to the Supreme abode where our Supreme Father resides.The soul is like a star.The Supreme Soul God is also a STAR.


At that time I become introvert and free from the attractions of vibrations----far away from waste----enjoy the tranquil flow of peaceful thoughts passing through my being. I trulyfeel that I am swimming in an ocean of peace within.I focus on my soul alone---as I remain close to myself.
I feel deep-----I am beyond hurt, beyond pain, beyond body.I realize that I am not alone.I am thinking. I am Supreme God's eternal presence in the mind beyond sound,so silent, so sweet and so peaceful.
If we do the above practice during early morning and then in the evening.During work time also if we spare one minute in every hour and concentrate on the silence world (PARAMDHAM) with the SUPREME GOD WE will attain great powers to live a Blissful LIFE.
